POWER
A vigorous and fluid style of yoga in which postures are held longer than in Vinyasa, with the intention of increasing muscle tone, improving focus, and enhancing breath-to-movement coordination.
Benefits:
- Builds muscular strength, balance, and endurance
- Improves posture and joint stability
- Stimulates metabolism and supports cardiovascular fitness
- Helps release accumulated tension and stress
YIN
A slow and deep style of yoga that works not so much on the muscles, but on the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints).
Postures are held passively for longer periods (between 3 and 5 minutes), without active muscular effort.
Benefits:
- Deeply stimulates connective tissues
- Improves flexibility and joint mobility
- Encourages nervous system relaxation
NIDRA
An invitation to pause, slow down, and listen.
Through a guided deep relaxation practice, you will be led into a state of calm between wakefulness and sleep, where the body rests and the mind regenerates.
Benefits:
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Improves sleep quality through profound nervous system relaxation
- Enhances mental clarity and concentration
TRAUMA-INFORMED
An approach to yoga grounded in the understanding of the effects of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) on the nervous system, the body, and emotional regulation.
The practice is structured to offer a safe, predictable, and respectful environment, fostering body awareness, self-regulation, and a sense of empowerment.
Trauma-Informed Yoga is integrated within broader therapeutic frameworks, serving as a complementary support to clinical and psychotherapeutic pathways, without reactivating or reliving traumatic experiences
Natural neurochemical
balance
Practicing yoga, through mindful breathing, increases GABA, the brain’s main calming neurotransmitter.
Hormonal
rebalancing
Yoga works to rebalance hormones: it lowers cortisol, the main stress hormone, and increases oxytocin (the “love hormone”), promoting emotional connection and well-being.
Slower
aging process
Breathing and meditation improve the function of mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of the cells. More vital energy, slower aging.
